Agreement between you and Training You First Aid, thank you for visiting trainingyoufirstaid.com.au (our "websites") and adoptadefib.org
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the websites.
By accessing and using these websites, you indicate that you accept (unconditionally and irrevocably) these terms and conditions (the ‘Agreement’). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our websites and exit immediately.

This website and www.adoptadefib.org are owned and operated by Training You First Aid.

You represent and warrant you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use these websites in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
You promise to us you are old enough to enter legally binding contracts through these websites and you know you will be responsible for all payments due to us for training services and products made by you or another person using your information.

Adopt-A-Defib package is a lifesaving, non-profit initiative created by Training You First Aid. All rights reserved.
 

Course Booking Payment Terms
Full payment prior to training is required in order to secure your group booking and allows us to create the course in our system with ordering of participants packages. 
Please note: Participants booked but who do not attend will be charged for the course. 

Cancellation Policy
As a mark of mutual respect and professionalism, we would be grateful that if a course needs to be cancelled or re-scheduled, please give as much notice as possible. Therefore at least 7 days notice for cancellation by client is expected anything less will incur a full charge. Cancellation by Trainer
In the unlikely event we need to cancel, 7 days notice will be given and an alternative date will be offered.

Terms of Use In this policy,
“us”, “we”, or “our” means Training You First Aid, operators of this website. These terms of use govern your use of and access to our websites. We may change part or all of the Terms at any time. The most current Terms will always be posted on this website. Your subsequent or continued use of both of our websites will constitute your acceptance of any changes made to these terms. If you object to any of the terms in this document, or to any changes made to them, your only remedy is to immediately cease use of and access to our websites.

Conduct

You must not use, or attempt to use both of our websites:

• to publish or facilitate publication of material including viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt or damage the functionality of computer software or hardware
• to publish or facilitate publication of advertising material for yourself or any other party without our express consent to do so
